        Founded in 1986 by Carl Caller, the law firm of N.C. Caller, P.C. is a full service law firm that serves individuals, their families, family owned businesses and Congregations and Not for Profits in Brooklyn and beyond. The firm focuses in a variety of legal matters including Probate, Administration, Estate and Tax Planning, Elder Law, Real Estate, Condominium and Cooperative law, Not for Profits and Charitable Planning.

Nachman Caller

Carl Caller is  a veteran real estate and tax attorney with significant experience in housing, condominium, real estate, not-for-profit, and tax matters.

​

Carl Caller graduated as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar in 1984  from Columbia University Law School. He has been admitted to the New York State Bar, New Jersey State Bar and United States Tax Court.

​

During the course of his law career Carl has converted thousands of apartments into a condominium units and was made a member of the Martin Act Task Force which advised the Attorney General as to Condominium and Cooperative Issues. He has had the opportunity to deal with numerous City legislation and regulations while advocating the needs of the Orthodox community in Brooklyn.

​

As a devoted community leader, Caller has advocated in City Hall as well as in Albany to provide tax breaks to home owners to enable them to afford home ownership in Brooklyn.

Aryeh Fried

Mr. Aryeh Fried focuses his practice on Trusts, Wills & Estates, Religious and Not-for Profit corporate governance, tax exemption and compliance matters and Real Estate Transactions, 1031 Exchanges and Mortgages. He has experience in a broad range of complex legal matters.

Aryeh joined the firm in 2014 and is well sought after by our clients for his clear and concise analysis of their needs and his careful and forthright nature in handling their matters proficiently.

​

Aryeh graduated from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, with Juris Doctor in 2013 and is admitted to practice law in both New York and New Jersey.

​

Aryeh holds a Bachelor of Talmudic Law degree from Yeshiva Shaar Hatorah Talmudic Research Institute.

Danielle T. Edrich

Danielle joined N.C. Caller, P.C. in 2015. Her practice focuses primarily in the Planning, Administration and Taxation of Estates, Trusts & Gifts, Medicare Planning, Elder Law, New York State Condominium Law, and Not for Profit and Real Property Tax Exemptions.

 

Danielle graduated from New York Law School where she earned her Juris Doctor in 2015 and her Masters in Law (LL.M) with honors in Taxation in 2017. While in Law School, she was a member of the school’s Dispute Resolution Team and was President of the school’s Elder Law Association.

 

Danielle earned a B.A. in Political Science and Judaic Studies from Franklin and Marshall College in 2011.
